Simply download, print and complete the entry form linked below (or use free Adobe Acrobat to fill it in digitally). Fill out your name and contact info, and select 6 numbers by crossing them off on the grid. Each page, with 6 numbers selected, is considered an “entry” and costs $10. You can submit as many as you want!
APSGO 6-49 Bingo Entry Form – March 2025

Once you’ve filled out the form(s), scan or photograph it/them and email to fundraising@apsgo.ca, and send an e-transfer to fundraising@apsgo.ca to cover your entries. If you have any trouble scanning the form, you can simply enter your contact info and your selected numbers into an email – just be clear if you are submitting more than one entry this way eg: “Entry 1 numbers: 1 6 23 32 40 45”

Forms and payments for the first round are due Monday, March 24, 2025 but you can send them along any time before then!

Starting the 6-49 draw on Saturday, March 29th, we’ll keep track of the numbers drawn. You can do it at home – simply highlight any numbers you selected that were drawn. Over the course of Wednesday and Saturday 6-49 draws, more numbers will be drawn, and the first person to have all their numbers drawn will win 50% of the funds raised!

We will send an Enews when there is a winner, and let you know when entries open for the next round.
