APSGO’s
Privacy Policy

As a non-profit association, we are exempt from the privacy legislation, federally and provincially. (Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada and Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner/Ontario)

The personal Information collected on APSGO membership forms will be used only for APSGO purposes. This list will not be shared outside APSGO. The Secretary of APSGO is responsible for the maintenance of the membership list.

Information of interest to the membership of APSGO is distributed through the Secretary to APSGO members.

Any mail, e-mail or telephone contact with all members will only occur with the permission of the Executive.

The Secretary will maintain a no-contact list of those members wishing to receive information only at chapter meetings.
